Bilbab application terms and conditions:
Using the app
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our app. If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardians.
1.2. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, national and international laws, regulations and rules.
1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to immediately notify our customer service department of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Orders and payment
2.1. When you place an order through our application, you agree to purchase the selected products or services at the prices indicated, including delivery costs and applicable taxes.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing your order, including your shipping address and payment information.
2.3. Payment for orders is made through the payment options available in the application. You agree that we may store your payment information securely to facilitate future transactions.
2.4. In the event of a payment problem, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order, and to take the necessary measures to recover the unpaid sums.

3.2. We are not responsible for the products or services provided by partner restaurants. Any complaint or problem regarding the products or services should be addressed directly to the restaurant concerned.
3.3. You are responsible for verifying allergen and dietary restriction information before placing an order. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or any other health issues arising from the consumption of food items ordered through the app.
Intellectual property
4.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the application, including trademarks, logos, text, images and other content, are the exclusive property of our company or our licensors.
4.2. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any intellectual property in the application without our prior written permission.

5.1. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with said policy.
